What we collect
When you fill in a form. Our forms ask for your first and last name, work email address, role, school or trust, number of schools, what you are interested in and whether you want a demo or a place on the waiting list. We also record how you reached the site: the page you first landed on, the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.
When you browse, if you allow analytics. With your permission we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site. Clarity records pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, device and browser type and an approximate location based on your IP address. It can produce recordings of visits, with anything typed into form fields masked. Clarity only runs after you choose "Allow analytics" in the cookie banner.
Every visit. Our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs, including your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
We do not ask for pupils' information on this website, and it is not aimed at children.
